Chester, VA – Columbia Gas of Virginia is hosting a Customer Care Center event in Portsmouth to expand access to in-person support for customers as the winter months approach.
The Customer Care Center event will take place on Thursday, Oct. 22, 2026, from four to seven p.m. at the YMCA on 4900 High Street West in Portsmouth.
Customers who attend will have the opportunity to receive convenient, in-person assistance, resources and personalized guidance to help them manage their energy needs.
