Furnace and Boiler Rebates

Up to $500 for a high efficiency natural gas furnace rebate to help you save

Are you thinking of upgrading or replacing your furnace or boiler? Consider installing a high efficiency natural gas furnace or boiler. These units are up to 15% more energy efficient than base line models and can save you up to $80 a year in energy costs according to ENERGYSTAR.gov.

Apply for Your Rebate Online

5 signs that it may be time to install a new furnace

1. You have an older heating system

If your furnace or boiler is 15 or more years old, it could be time for a new one. If you’re not sure how old your heating system is, you can often tell by researching the manufacturer and model number.

2. Repair bills are stacking up

The need for more frequent repairs could be a sign that your heating system is on its way out. Heating systems require the most repairs during the last two years of their lives. Weigh the costs to keep it running compared to replacing it.

3. Your gas usage is increasing

This could be a sign your system has become less efficient and it is on its last legs.

4. Your heating system is making more noise

When your heating system is in good shape, it should run with minimal noise. If you turn your system on and it’s making more noises or strange noises like rattling, popping, or banging, it could be near the end of its life.

5. Your home is never a comfortable temperature

The temperature of your home should be relatively consistent. If you are noticing that some rooms are hot and some rooms are cold or if you’re constantly changing the thermostat, they could be signs that your heating system is no longer distributing heat well through your home.
