Why is my bill so high?

Your gas bill will fluctuate depending on the weather, season of year, change in lifestyle or addition of family members. To understand your usage and learn how to save on your energy bill:

  1. Sign into your account.
  2. Select the My Usage option in the menu.
  3. Compare your usage by month, year, average temperature and number of billing days.

What do I do if there is a natural gas outage in my area?

After an outage at your home or in your neighborhood, our crews will work to restore service as quickly as possible. We’ll need you to be home to perform a safety check on your natural gas appliances and relight them. During an outage, we’ll provide updates for you here.
