COVID-19 update

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the current need to practice social distancing, we must temporarily suspend the in-home installation of measures offered through its Age and Income Qualifying Program. We will continue to accept applications through this program while the pandemic continues, but please be advised that processing and fulfillment of the applications will be delayed until conditions improve and in-home measures can be safely installed. Our contract partner, Community Housing Partners, is available at 1-888-229-3714 to take your calls and answer questions, evaluate eligibility, and follow up with you when we are able to resume these services. Alternatively, you can fill out the form located on the bottom of this page to check your eligibility. Thank you for your understanding.
