Program description
This program is designed to help our qualifying customers save money and energy. Eligible customers will receive a visit to their home from our professional partner to install certain energy saving products based on whether they have natural gas water heating, space heating, or both. Eligibility requirements are listed below. See if you qualify for no-cost energy upgrades.

What you will receive
Qualified customers with gas water heating will receive installation of:
- Water heater wrap
- Water heater pipe insulation
- High-efficiency shower heads
- Faucet aerators
Qualified customers with gas heating will receive installation of:
- A new furnace filter and a five-month supply of replacements
- Air sealing
- Attic insulation
- Duct sealing
- Wall, knee wall and floor insulation
- Smart thermostat
- Furnace cleaning/tuning
Eligibility requirements
Age qualifying, Customer is 60 years or older with a total household income that does not exceed 120% of the State Median Income.
Income qualifying, Household income does not exceed 80% of the area median income as established by Virginia Housing or 60% of the state median income as determined by Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development, whichever is greater.
