If you qualify for federal, state or local income-eligible payment assistance programs, you could receive help paying your bill. Fortunately, we’re here for you! With support and resources available to help you manage your energy bills, we help take the guess work out of finding and applying for energy assistance. To find the option that’s right for you, visit our website, click bills and payments – financial support. Each program will have all the details regarding eligibility, how to apply, and what information you’ll need. Some may require documentation such as a recent utility bill, social security number, or proof of residency or income.
When it comes time to pay your bill, flexible payment plans are also available. To view the complete list of payment plans, as well as how to enroll, visit our website and click bills and payments – financial support. We encourage you to take action as soon as you realize you may have trouble paying your bill. Many programs have time restrictions and limited funds available.
