How to go paperless

Follow these simple steps to enroll:
Visit the Columbia Gas homepage and enter your username and password in the My Account Sign In section, and click Sign In.
If you’ve forgotten your username or password, click the Forgot username? or Forgot password? links, and follow the prompts.
If you don’t have an online account, you’ll need to register by clicking Register an account.
You can find your account number on the top right corner of your natural gas bill. If you don’t have your natural gas bill, you can search by your phone number.
Once you are logged in, click the Enroll Now link located under Paperless Billing in the Account Enrollments section.
On the Paperless Billing page, review the terms and conditions, select I agree and click Enroll.
A message confirming your enrollment in Paperless Billing will display.
We’ll send you an email to confirm your enrollment.
If you don’t receive an email within one business day, please call customer service using the number on our website. Please note, in some cases, you may receive one additional paper bill in the mail after you enroll in Paperless Billing.
And that’s it! You’re ready to enjoy the benefits of paperless Billing.
Now that you are done enrolling in paperless billing. Follow the same steps to enroll in AutoPay and Budget Plan.
