Chester, VA – On this National Energy Assistance Day, Friday, Jan. 31, Columbia Gas of Virginia wants to remind customers there are programs available if they need financial assistance with energy bills or paying past-due balances.
“Here in Virginia, we are experiencing one of the coldest winters we’ve had in a long time, and now, more than ever, it’s critically important that you’re able to keep your family safe and warm,” said Columbia Gas of Virginia President and Chief Operating Officer Jennifer Montague. “That’s why we want to encourage our Columbia Gas customers who may be falling behind on your energy bills to please contact us. We want to work with you to explore the wide array of options available to help you stay connected and your natural gas services online.”
