Chase Bank customers:

We are aware that customers making online payments through Chase Bank on August 29 may have received a message from Chase that their Columbia Gas payment was rejected. We received and credited all Chase payments made yesterday.

If you would like to confirm your most recent Columbia Gas payment, you can log in to your account online or call 1-800-543-8911, select Payment and Account Information (option 2) to review your payment activity.
