CHESTER, VA – October 28, 2012 – Columbia Gas of Virginia will start underground utility construction work in Colonial Heights along the Boulevard beginning at Westover Ave. and continuing south to Dupuy Ave. beginning on March 18. The work is expected to take approximately two months to complete. This project is a result of Columbia Gas completing work on a $300,000 investment relocating underground natural gas facilities in advance of the City of Colonial Heights streetscape improvement project. Please pay close attention to work signs and work zone flaggers who will direct you safely around the construction activity.
