Deregulation has come to the natural gas industry, and the Customer CHOICE® Program from Columbia Gas of Virginia helps our customers take full advantage of it. This voluntary program makes it simple for you to buy your natural gas from qualified suppliers. We'll still be your natural gas company, delivering the natural gas to your home (it will still come through our natural gas lines), providing safe, reliable service, and making sure that service is never interrupted, regardless of who supplies your natural gas. In fact, the only difference is, you may be able to lower your bill.
