Home Savings Rebates

Columbia Gas of Virginia does not require reservations for the WarmWise rebates. A customer simply has to purchase and install a qualified appliance (see chart below) or install the appropriate energy efficiency materials before applying for their WarmWise rebate.

The Home Savings Program has two ways to request your appliance rebate from Columbia Gas of Virginia:

On-Line Rebates

Your WarmWise rebate is just a few clicks away. You can process your entire WarmWise rebate on-line by clicking below. It will allow you to complete your application, upload all the required documents and you can save a lot of trees!

Mail-in Rebates

You can also apply for a WarmWise rebate by mail. Print out the appropriate documents below, attach required documentation and mail to the address listed on the application. The mail-in rebate for the Home Savings Program requires two applications - the appropriate Home Savings General Application and a Supplemental Form:

1. Home Savings General Application - Single-Family
   • This application collects customer information for single family homes and the list of installed measures - HSP_Single_Family_General_Application_2012
2. Home Savings General Application - Multi-Family
   • This application collects customer information for multi-family homes and the list of installed measures - HSP_Multi_Family_General_Application_2012. A supplemental form is required for each appliance or energy efficient measure installed in single-family and multi-family homes.

• Insulation Supplement Form - HSP_Insulation_Supplement_Form_2012
• Duct Sealing Supplement Form - HSP_Duct_Sealing_Supplement_Form_2012

An Authorized_Agent_Addendum_2012 form is required when a renter submits a rebate request on behalf of the property owner/manager.
