List of Qualifying Equipment Available for Rebates:
Hot Water
Rebate Amount: Up to $300
Replace your current hot water heater and purchase a new high efficient natural gas hot water heater with an Energy Factor (EF) of .62 or more and WarmWise will send you $50. This rebate is available to customers in new or existing homes.
Replace your inefficient hot water heater with a new ENERGY STAR® natural gas tank-less water heater with an Energy Factor (EF) of .82 or more and WarmWise will send you $300. This rebate is available to customers in new or existing homes.

Heating
Rebate Amount: Up to $300
Replace your current furnace and purchase a new high efficiency natural gas furnace with an AFUE of more than or equal to 90% and WarmWise will send you $300. This rebate is available to customers in new or existing homes.

Windows
Rebate Amount: $1.00 per square foot
Old windows can be responsible for heat loss in many homes. Replace your current windows with ENERGY STAR® high efficiency windows with a U-value of 0.32 or less and the SGHC less than or equal to 0.40 and WarmWise will send you $1.00 per square foot of each replacement window in your existing home.

Insulation
Rebate Amount: $.30 per square foot
Adding or improving insulation can help you keep your home warmer during cold weather and cooler during warm weather by reducing heat loss and heat gain through attics and floors. Improve your attic and/or floor insulation by adding insulation of R-19 or higher and WarmWise will send you $.30 per square foot of new insulation in your existing home.

Ductwork
Rebate Amount: Up to $250
Leaky ducts contribute to heat loss in many homes. Contact a qualified contractor who can seal your ducts to Performance Tested Comfort Systems standards in your existing home and WarmWise will send you $200.
Poorly insulated ducts also contribute to heat loss. Contact a qualified contractor from a list of Columbia Gas of Virginia’s independent trade allies*, to insulate your ducts to an R-value of 6 or higher. Complete the rebate application and WarmWise will send you a $250 rebate.
