Home Savings Rebates Applications

Columbia Gas of Virginia does not require reservations for the WarmWise rebates. A customer simply has to purchase a qualified appliance (see chart below) or install the appropriate energy efficiency materials before applying for their WarmWise rebate. The Home Savings Program has two ways to request
your appliance rebate from Columbia Gas of Virginia:

Your WarmWise rebate is just a few clicks away. You can process your entire WarmWise rebate on-line by clicking below. It will allow you to complete your application, upload all the required documents and you can save a lot of trees!

Mail in Rebates

You can also apply for a WarmWise rebate by mail. Print out the appropriate documents below, attach required documentation and mail to the address listed on the application.

The mail in Home Savings Program requires two applications:

1. Home Savings General Application (single or multi-family)
2. A supplemental form is required for each appliance or energy efficient measure installed.

The first application is the Home Savings General Application, which collects customer information and has a list of installed measures. The second supplemental form is required to measure the specific equipment installed by the customer.
