Rebate Applications
The Business Savings Program has two ways for you to submit your rebate.
Online Rebates
Your WarmWise rebate is just a few clicks away. You can quickly process your entire WarmWise rebate online by clicking below. It will allow you to complete your application and upload all the required documents.

Mail-in Rebates
You can also apply for a WarmWise rebate by mail. Print out the appropriate documents below, attach required documentation and mail to the address listed on the application. The WarmWise Business Savings Program only requires one application. Please complete the Business Savings Program Application to receive your rebates.

Find one of Columbia Gas of Virginia’s independent trade allies* here, or contact your preferred independent contractor for an estimate.
*Note: This independent contractor list is provided for your convenience. All listed contractors are independent contractors and are not agents of Columbia Gas of Virginia. At the time contractors are placed on the list, they must demonstrate that they are licensed and insured. You are free to choose other contractors and do not have to choose a listed contractor unless it is required in the Rebate Application. Columbia Gas of Virginia does not guarantee or warranty the work of the listed contractors.
Please note: Installations which are required by Code are not eligible for rebates. Customers may be required to provide documentation that the installation exceeds Code requirements before a rebate check may be issued. Rebates are limited to existing businesses with gas heat for space heating measures and gas water heating for water heating measures.
