How To Join?
It’s easy! Simply print out, complete and return the Participating Contractor - Trade Ally Agreement, Trade Ally Enrollment Form and/or Participating Vendor - Trade Ally Agreement. along with:
- Copy of Certificate(s) of Insurance demonstrating required liability, auto, and worker’s compensation insurance (refer to Participating Contractor or Vendor Agreement form, Section 1, item g, for details)
- Completed Insurance Data Request form (See Trade Ally Enrollment Form)
- Completed Sales, Installation or Service Coverage area (See Trade Ally Enrollment Form)
- Copy of valid gas fitter’s and/or plumber’s license or any other authorizations or license(s) required by state or municipal authorities.
