Conversions
If you currently have natural gas service to your home or business and are interested in converting an existing appliance, water heater, heating or other equipment from an alternate energy source to natural gas, please visit our product pages for product and cost savings information. Service Line and Meter Process
The service line and meter are owned and installed by Columbia Gas of Virginia. Please contact our New Business Team at 1-800-440-6111 to schedule an installation.
Your interior natural gas piping must be installed and tied into the meter setting along with any required vehicular meter protection prior to the natural gas meter being installed and turned on. If you have any questions regarding these requirements, one of our New Business Team representatives will be glad to assist you.
