Price to compare
The price to compare is the local distribution company's charge for gas supply service. The price to compare is provided to consumers so that they can effectively compare the local distribution company's regulated rate to offers from competitive service providers.
Columbia Gas of Virginia's current price to compare (as of January 31, 2012) is:
- $0.6017 per Ccf (for all rate blocks) for CHOICE residential customers. All gas consummed Ccf.
- $0.5432 per Ccf (for all rate blocks) for CHOICE small commercial & industrial (SGTS) transportation service customers. For the First 200 Ccf.
- Large commercial and industrial customers need to access our current tariff starting on sheet number 3 to acquire their current rate.
