Columbia Gas of Virginia Donates $7,500 to ElderHomes

CHESTER, VA. – Nov. 12, 2009 – Columbia Gas of Virginia has donated $7,500 to ElderHomes in support of their efforts to assist the elderly, disabled and low-income persons remain in their homes.

"The work of ElderHomes across Central Virginia is critical in keeping people in their homes comfortably, safely, and affordably," said Carl Levander, President of Columbia Gas of Virginia. "We understand the financial pressures this economy is having on many of our elderly, disabled and low-income persons and we are confident this contribution will help many people in our community remain in their homes."
